If the item is damaged, broken, or lost directly, you will not be entitled to the 1-MONTH warranty.

We are not responsible for damages caused by carrier failure. Any claims related to damaged packaging must be reported to the carrier responsible for delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us to get the return address. We will provide shipping details to our facilities in the United States or the United Kingdom (whichever is closer to you). Please provide a SHIPPING PROOF once you return the item (i.e., email or direct message us a photo of the receipt) so we can use it as a reference. If you are returning the item with tracking, please inform us when the package is expected to arrive at our warehouse. With tracking, we can check with the shipping team if your return has been received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days. If you purchased through a friend (using their affiliate code), you will not be entitled to a refund or be able to return your order. This is to protect the integrity of our affiliate commission system.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 6 hours to do so. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If 6 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel your order as it will have already been processed.

If your order has already been processed within these 6 hours, we cannot process a refund (as your order is already in transit). You will need to initiate a return once you receive the order.

Your refund for a canceled order will take 3-5 business days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant while buyers with credit/debit cards may have to wait a bit longer.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the desired size or style. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us and we will proceed from there. You will be subject to reshipping fees to receive your exchange. Shipping:

To return your product, contact us via email and we will guide you on the next best steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
