We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Product:

If you find that your order is incorrect, please contact us via email at with photos of the incorrect product, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once it's in tracking, we will immediately ship out a replacement product.


We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email: We will process the exchange at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable. Returns or refunds will not be processed. Please note: Color, Size, and Texture.

Order Cancellation:

We typically ship orders immediately,

So if you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to initiate a cancellation with the processing department, but we cannot guarantee that you will still be able to return the order after receiving the product.

** All refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, which may take up to 4 days to appear in your bank account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
