Delivery Information

Venzi orders are shipped using various carriers. We have multiple storage locations, so your order may come from our facilities in Asia or Europe.

A Venzi tracking number is provided within 48 hours after processing and shipping the order from our warehouse. You will receive a notification via email or SMS.

For most items, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We use this time for order verification, customization, quality control, and packaging. You will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. Tracking updates should begin to appear after 3 days.

Orders to the United States We estimate 7-16 days for delivery.

Orders to the United Kingdom We estimate 7-16 days for delivery, but most orders arrive within 9 days. Due to unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic, some packages may take longer.

Canada, Ireland, and Australia We estimate 7-16 days for delivery, but most orders arrive within 10 days. Deliveries may sometimes take longer due to unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic.

Rest of the World We estimate 10-21 days for delivery. Deliveries may sometimes take longer due to unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic.

Failed Deliveries If the package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons attributable to customer non-cooperation (fake or incorrect shipping address, recipient absent), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Venzi) at the customer's expense. Costs include shipping costs and any fees and taxes the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total order to be refunded.

Delivery Status:

Once your order is shipped, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not immediately receive the shipping confirmation email, do not worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided during checkout, and rest assured we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please inform us immediately of any changes to your order. Please note that customized and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other models.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it, even if the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at venzi.help@gmail.com.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is shipped. The email will include a unique package tracking number. The status of your order can be checked by logging into (Company Name).com "My Account." Click on "My Order" to view your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

It may take a few days after the order is shipped for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured that the estimated delivery time is valid regardless of tracking website updates.

Taxes:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all purchased items, except where not required by law.
